Root of the Problem

I'm just going to tell this design story in pictures

This finale has taken months to finish. We just couldn't get it right. Hopefully we like this long enough to keep it this way for a while. We found the root up the canyon and brought it home to clean, stain and clear coat before getting it on the wall. Fun/Long project.
I guess we've got an earthy style. ;) What do you think?
