He Has Sent Me Here

I am a child of God and He has sent me here.

Has given me an earthly home with parents kind and dear.

Lead me guide me walk beside me help me find the way

Teach me all that I must do to live with him some day.

 I have to be honest I didn't have that "he's my son" feeling when I first met him, but I really feel like Ethan was meant to be in our family. We need him and hopefully he needs us a little bit. I can't imagine how life could be without him. The longer he is with us the more we have all molded together. 

Today we got to take both our boys to the temple to have Ethan sealed to our family. This time around has another special layer because I'm hopeful both boys will remember just a little bit from this event. What a blessing to have these happy energetic beings sealed to us for eternity. I am grateful for the knowledge that I can see my family again after this life; that we can be together forever.

We stopped and celebrated with ice cream at the Malt Shop in Ephraim. Delicious. Then we brought out the blankets and pillows and headed home. On the drive home Ethan said "Mom. I'm part of this family." Yes my sweet boy. Yes you are.
